DITT Construction Ltd is delighted to advise that a defibrillator has been installed outside their premises at Holmsgarth Road, Lerwick. The equipment has been supplied by the charity Lucky2bhere, which was set up by Skye man Ross Cowie in 2007. He survived a cardiac arrest at his local shinty club thanks to the fact that an ambulance with a defibrillator on board was passing by at the time. DITT has made a donation to the charity, providing matched funding to go along with money that was raised from recycling scrap and waste materials. Thanks are also particularly due to Erik Johnson from Nortech Marine for his generosity.
