DITT recently handed over keys for 27 one bedroom flats to their client Hjaltland Housing Association Limited. (HHA)

The site that these high quality 27 flats were built on was particularly complex and challenging due to the restricted space both within and outside the footprint of the buildings

There were additional unforeseen challenges caused by the Covid-19 outbreak, and the consequent Scottish Government restrictions which affected both employees and suppliers. It was therefore a great achievement that DITT, that other than for the Covid related delay, were able to complete the project on time and DITT would like to take this opportunity to thank the nearby residents for their patience and understanding during the construction period.

DITT are delighted to have once more played a part in assisting HHA in achieving their programme of developments, and helping to reduce the numbers on a waiting list for a property.

The project incorporated ten ground floor units especially designed for easy accessibility and to meet the differing and changing needs of tenants.
