The keys to 16 new flats were handed over to Hjaltland Housing Association Ltd.
The project consisted of a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom properties, completed to a high standard at Grantfield, Lerwick.
The completed project has been named "Da Vadill". In Shetland, a vadill is a rock pool which varies in size with the tide.
