Keys are handed over to Hjaltland Housing Association for the Heathery Park, Gulberwick housing scheme.

The twelve new properties are finished to a high standard and the central shared surface area ties the whole scheme together. DITT site agent Stuart Hughes said "I’m thankful to all involved for the hard work which has been put into the project and we wish the new tenants all the best in their new homes".

Project Information

All properties are timber kit construction with external timber cladding. The heating is supplied via High Heat Retention Storage units and all properties have Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery installed. There are four detached five-person houses, four two-person flats and four three-person flats within the scheme.
